Please note that in order to vote at the meeting you must be a 2012 member. You can renew your membership at the meeting prior to the business meeting.

2011 Awards Banquet

This year's Awards Banquet was held Saturday, November 5, from 5PM to 9PM at the Publick House in Sturbridge, MA. The agenda can be found here, and the minutes from the September meeting can be found here.

By-laws changes:

Meetings:

    In Section A:

        Meetings of the Society will be held at least four times a year.

        * Change "four times a year" to "three times a year"

        All General Membership meetings must have a notice issued at least twenty-
        one days prior to the meeting by way of the club newsletter, the club
        affiliations, or by a general membership communications via e-mail and/or
        regular mail.

        * Change 'twenty-one days" to "fourteen days" and can be done by e-mail.

Annual Meeting:

    Section A:

        The Annual Meeting will be held on the First Sunday of December

        * Change "on the First Sunday of December" to "at the end of the year, on a
        day which will be chosen by the members"

Summer Meeting
