NEMHS is pleased to present Little Folks Farm as our Featured Farm for October 2009.

Cross Brooks Big Business
Little Folks Farm is a small Miniature horse breeding farm located in southeastern Connecticut. Tom and Joyce LaMarche raise Miniatures with love and care where quality and not quantity is top priority. Their stallions have held many New England show titles and include Cedar Brooks Big Business (pictured), Mustardseeds Mickeys Image and Little Folks American Express. Their bloodlines include Chianti, Gold Melody Boy, Ramundo and Hemlock Brooks Silver Legend.

Little Folks Miss Molly B
Little Folks’ mares were carefully chosen and are always monitored from conception to birth with cameras and breeder alert systems. Their bloodlines include Rowdy, Egyptian King, Bond Peppy Power and HNF’S Senior.
Foals are raised and trained with lots of love and daily handling.
“Since Tom and I are now Senior Citizens we are no longer breeding or showing but we do maintain a herd of eight miniatures at the present time. A few could be made available for sale for a forever home. We’ve been members of NEMHS for many years and still have a place in our hearts for these wonderful miniature horses. They eat at your heart,” said Joyce.

I am very impressed and know that this farm has and always will be an asset to the miniature horse. I know of their success and proud to be a person of interest. Good luck as always and thanks for helping me in the past with information and helpful kinds of monitors or such that I have needed reference my farm and the miniature horse. Ann
